MDC! Ages ago, you recommended mixing blue cheese into burgers, instead of trying to melt it in a lump ON a burger. Well, tonight was the first time I had a taste for a "black 'n blue" (LOTS Of fresh ground pepper & blue cheese.) Took your advice about mixing the cheese into the meat and it was SPECTACULAR! Oh, so very, very good!
